What a great list! I’m bookmarking this post. Shockingly tardily, I am nearly at the end of this challenge – one more to go, I think!

  2. Barbara says:

Maxine, you are the most prolific of posters – in general, but particularly for this challenge. this list would be half its length without your contributions. I’m in awe of your knowledge of the genre.

Shout-out to Bernadette, Jose Ignacio, and all the others who participated for compiling such an international list..

  3. Actually, I did 3 SinC25 posts in addition to the one mentioned here:

    • Barbara says:

Of course! I should have remembered that. I will add them into this post. I lazily thought Google would uncover all the posts for me (in place of a memory that works) but it wasn’t as obliging as I’d hoped. Thanks for alerting me, and sorry for the leaky memory.

  4. kathy d. says:

Ditto on the great list, which I’m bookmarking and will return to many times as I look for more women authors to enjoy.

  5. Elizabeth Rose says:

Isn’t “Miranda James” a pseudonym for Dean James?
    Liz
